Brian has trained my boy for the past 5 years(from ages 13-18).....which has resulted in very significant progress and skills gained ......Brian has a unique ability to critique a child's mechanical pitching skill to specific detail as he catches him at the same time.......also he has the solid ability to stress quality proper fundamentals with consistent repetitions during each workout session,and to have the child stay on task for that ultimate  goal!!  in addition,my son has developed a wonderful relationship with Brian,and has huge respect for him!

I knew Brian McNichol had something special to offer as a coach the very first day he came out to help work with the pitchers on my 14-U club team, because after practice every kid who had done a bullpen with him was glowing from the experience and was eager to tell me everything they had learned during their brief session.  In addition, I could tell all the kids related to and really enjoyed Brian immediately, which is half the battle in coaching kids.  After adding Brian to our staff as our pitching coach, our team went from slightly above average to the #1 ranked AAA team in the nation after going undefeated for three straight months in every tournament we played.  Brian puts together the perfect mix of fun and baseball knowledge that is so rare to find in a coach.
